Things to use
5 cups of blended pepper
3cups of chicken stock
3 cups of cooking oil
1 medium Onion chopped
3kg chicken cooked
How to prepare
Pour the oil, when the oil is hot poured in the chopped Onion till it become soft
In the stock pot add the roasted pepper mix and also the chicken stock. Allow it to cooked on low heat
Now pour the the cooked onion into the pot of pepper.
Add the chicken into the pepper
Cover the pot and let it cook for about 2 to three minute
After that your delicious chicken stew is ready to be serve with rice .
