1. Ginger tea

Ginger tea is one of the common types of teas everyone should give a try. Although ginger tea might not be very pleasant to some people, it has a lot of benefits to the body.

It helps in treating nausea, may help relieve period pains in some people and also help people suffering from conditions such as Diabetes and heart related Conditions.

2. Hibiscus tea

Hibiscus tea otherwise known as Zobo in most Nigerian towns is one of the commonly taken drinks. But in this side of the world, most commercial producers prepare it the wrong way by the addition of excess sugar and flavours.

It is best you prepare your own pure hibiscus tea, add a very little flavour and a little ginger.

3. Lemon balm tea

As the name goes, you should know that it comes from lemon. It is rich in a lot of nutrients and should also be taken accordingly.

4. Peppermint tea



This is a commonly used tea around the world. Although it might not be very tasteful to a lot of people, it's benefits are worth the endurance. They relieve discomfort in the digestive tracts, helps relieve cramping, spasm and stomach pain.
