7. Salt, curry and seasoning.
1. Wash and cut your catfish, then pour it into the pot and boil by adding the salt and seasonings into it and cook for about 15 minutes.
2. Then cut your fresh pepper and add into the boiling fish. Then add the pepper soup ingredient, then add the scent leaf, curry and grounded crayfish and cook for about 7 minutes.
3. Then add some water and little more seasoning to your taste and cover ten allow it to cook for about 5 minutes.
After that your pepper soup is ready. You can enjoy it with some bread, rice or with a cold drink.
