Weekends are special days meant for rest and other recreational activities for fun, and to make up for the week days. Keeping our environment clean is very important so after exercise we come home and clean up the house and everything inside so as to maintain a good hygiene and prevent pests from coming in.

Eating a balanced diet is one of the best ways to spend your weekend. You make sure you eat that delicious food that you have been longing for during the week.it could be either breakfast, lunch,or dinner any at all just make sure you eat healthy and also eat fruits.
4. TAKE A NAP
Rest is very important to the body as all parts of the body are tired from the weekday's activities and the perfect way to keep the body intact and active is for you to take a nap and rest well to regain your lost strength.
5. WATCH A MOVIE
Watching a movie is another way to get rid of the boredom in your house. It can either be a movie you have been longing for,or it could be your favourite movie but just make sure you relax and watch at least one movie either with family or friends.
