Weekend Recipe: Simple Steps For Making A Delicious Home-made Shawarma.


1. Deboned chicken thighs or breast

Strip the chicken's meat into very small pieces. The strips should be poured into a dish, add Thyme, Curry, Onion powder, seasoning cubes, black pepper, vegetable oil, salt, and chili pepper, cover the bowl with foil and allow to marinade for at least two hours or overnight.

To stir fry the marinated chicken until the strips are golden brown, heat a little quantity of vegetable oil in a pan, fry the chicken, and set aside.

On a spotless level surface, spread your foil paper out. Put the flatbread on the foil paper. The bread may be doubled if you would like that way.

Combine ketchup with mayonnaise. Some people refer to this as mayo-ketch. The flatbread should be covered with the mixture, spread or arrange the prepared veggies, and fried chicken. You may top it with some cooked sausage slices if you like.

On top of everything you've arranged, spread the leftover mayonnaise and ketchup mixture. Add a little dry pepper to taste. Roll the flatbread gently while using all the garnishes.

Wrap it in the foil paper after rolling.

For around five (5) minutes, place the wrap into an oven or a sandwich machine to grill. Place the wrap in a dry frypan and leave it for around the same amount of time if you don't have an oven or a sandwich maker.
