Ingredients You Need
500 grams of Mince Beef (You can substitute with corned beef)
400 grams of Pasta
Ginger and Garlic
Seasoning Cubes and Salt to Taste
The Preparation Process
Blend half of the pepper with the tomato, half of the ginger and garlic and one onion and set aside. Slice the remaining pepper, onion, ginger and garlic including your vegetables and set aside.
Put the minced meat in a bowl and add your curry, ginger and garlic powder then stir to combine.
Add a cooking spoonful of vegetable oil into a pan on medium heat. When the oil heats up, add some chopped Ginger and Garlic and fry for one minute, then add your minced meat and stir fry till the meat changes into a dark brown colour, then scoop it into a bowl and set aside.
Put the pan back on fire and remove some of the oil that is left in the pot, you can remove half of it. Then pour in some sliced ginger, garlic and onion, fry for one minute and add your sliced and blended pepper then fry for two minutes. Add one teaspoon each of curry powder, thyme, paprika powder, seasoning cube and salt to taste. Stir fry on medium heat and leave to cook for thirty minutes.
While that is cooking put a pot on fire and add about half cup of water, add a little bit of salt and two tablespoons of vegetable oil and add the pasta. The vegetable oil will prevent the pasta from sticking together. Cook the pasta for 4 to 5 minutes and set aside.
After thirty minutes, add the fried minced meat to the tomato sauce that is cooking on fire, and stir to combine then pour in the cooked pasta and stir to combine then leave it to cook for three minutes, and your minced meat tomato pasta is ready to enjoy.
