We should never be tired of learning because, learning is growing. Anytime you stop learning, you began to reduce in your mental abilities. Today, I present to you a simplified tutorial on how to make enriched bread and bread roll. I wish you understanding as you learn.
Flour: (4 milk tins), Yeast (2 teaspoons), milk and water(to taste), eggs (2), margarine(2 tablespoons) and sugar(5 tablespoons).
Sieve the flour into a bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix a little water in the yeast sprinkled with little flour, cover and keep in a warm place to ferments (forms bubble). Make a well in the center of the flour, add the fermented yeast, beaten eggs, margarine, sugar and mix very well with your milk and water to form a firm dough. Keep covered and allow to rise in a warm place. Knead again afresh and style it the way you will like the enriched bread to be. Place it in a greased baking pan and bake in a moderate hot oven.
Flour (3 milk tins), Powdered milk (2 tablespoons), salt(2 pinches), sugar (4 tablespoons), butter ( 1 tablespoons), yeast (3 teaspoons), water(enough to mix).
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water. Pour the powder milk, salt and sugar in a different plate with little warm water. Sieve flour into a mixing bowl and rub in the butter. Add the dissolved yeast into the flour mix very well and add the milk, salt and sugar mixture into the dough gradually. Mix to a smooth elastic dough, cover and allow to rise for 45 minutes. Knead again and then cut into desired sizes as you mould them into rolls. Place them on a greased tray and allow to rise double in size. Egg wash carefully and bake in a moderate hot oven.
Produce this for your family during weekends. Bread rolls are very good to package for snacks business.
