Ingredients: Potato, Yoghurt, Chia seed

Method of preparation:

Step one: Wash apples, and cut them into small pieces. 

Step two: Take a blender and add a cup of , a spoonful of chia seeds and chopped apples. If you want your drinks cold you can add some ice cubes too. 

Step three: Mix all together for a rich, luscious smoothie. 

Step four: Glass it in and serve.
