Follow this tips carefully.


• take no sugary content, sweetened or sugar containing meals, item.

Packaged meal, like, sweet, biscuits, chewing gum, yogurt, package milk, bottled water, ice cream, Carbonated drinks, and any other sugary meal.

•No refined or artificial meals too, no white bread.


Eat bran bread (brown)

•Take at least 2 litres of water per day


•Take 1 litre of lemon juice per day


•Take a lot of fruits and vegetable.

Vegetables can be cooked or uncooked as long as they are properly washed.

Take cucumber, carrots, cabbage, watermelon e.t.c

•No rice, do not eat fat meat, you can eat fish in limited quantity, but not fried fish.

•eat egg white only, Don't eat the yoke

• You can fast too, fasting doesn't necessarily have to be spiritual activity, it means to abstain from food till a set time.
