Pregnancy is refers to as the period in which fetus develops in woman's womb or uterus as the case may's usually last for about 9 months before the child can be delivered.Having a healthy pregnancy or staying healthy during pregnancy is very very important to both the unborn child and the woman and in this article, i complied some food diet you can eat as a woman to have a healthy pregnancy.


The followings are some practice you need to undertake during pregnancy and also foods you must eat to maintain a healthy pregnancy;

1 Eating a diet that contains plenty of fruits and vegetables of all kinds is very very necessary for a pregnant woman as it doesn't only boost the health condition of the person but also reduce the risk of many health related conditions. Number 1 Food on list is AVOCADOS also known as alligator pear or butter is a natural nutrient-dense food and contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals.Avocado apart from being  the total diet that is most important in disease prevention also the adequate intake of it helps to reduce the risk of miscarriage and neural tube defects because it contains some folic acid also know as folate and folate is very important for a healthy pregnancy,so always make sure to consume a lot of it before or during pregnancy.

Secondly,ensure that you add calories to your diet while pregnant because the human body needs calories to survive and the deficit means you don't have all the nutrients the human body need.

Third on my list is water.Water allows the body to absorb and assimilate minerals, vitamins, glucose and some other is made up of Hydrogen and Oxygen and it is very very important for a pregnant woman because it helps to  flushes out toxins and waste in the drink a lot of water to ensure a healthy pregnancy.

In addition, if you are the type that derives joy in smoking, try as much as possible to quit because it affect the fetus in the womb,take a prenatal vitamin and always include protein sources in every of your meal to assist the growth of the baby.Foods like the followings are very rich in proteins: milk,nuts,beans,eggs,meat,fish, e.t.c. NOTE. Always practice the habit of Keeping a food diary to ensure that you are keeping up with your daily requirements.

Last but not the least,Always do some exercise to keep your body in good shape during pregnancy,it also lower the risk of miscarriage and take a naps when you can.

NOTE. Don't forget to see a medical practitioner or your doctor for ant-natal and post natal care.
