How to make peanut and Ginger drink and its importance

HOW TO MAKE PEANUT

recipe:

2 cup of groundnut

2cup of flour

1/2tablespoon salt

half cup of sugar

grated nut milk

powered milk& egg

butter & groundnut oil

   procedure

add a pinch of salt to your groundnut ,pour hot water on it and cover for about 10minutes

2) sieve water from the groundnut and put under the sun to dry

3) mix all the dry ingredients like nut milk and powder into one bowl

4) mix your egg together with butter and sugar in another bowl

5) put your groundnut in a basin and add about three to four spoon of your mixed egg , butter & sugar to it

add little flour & shake

6) keep adding gradually and shake till the groundnut is coated and ready to fry

how to make ginger drink

ingredients

1)ginger

2) pineapple

3) lemon

5)sugar

     procedure

1)peel ginger using a knife of spun to remove the skin( wash the ginger thoroughly)

2)then chop ginger into rough chick's,small enough to easily blend in a blender

3) add water to blend,blend until ginger is thick and pasty

4) pour the blended one into Sievers to sieve

5) pour water to a bowl add pineapple peel

6) sieve blended ginger and add lemon use cheese cloth over large bowl, squeeze out juice from the ginger and let it fall into the bowl . discard the remaining paste

7) add the boiled pineapple water to the juice,stir sugar into ginger juice until sugar has dissolved

  7) serve with ice if desired

note:

peeling your pineapple, pour them inside a pot or boiler to boil
