What people do not know about Pasta.

Pasta are produced by mixing milled wheat ,water ,eggs (for egg noodles or egg spaghetti) and sometimes optional ingredients. These ingredients are typically added to a continuous, high capacity which can be equipped with a variety of dies that determine the shape of the pasta.The different types of pasta what dishes they're best used for.

Spaghetti:perhaps one of the most popular pasta types in the world, spaghetti consists of long,thin noodles which can be paired with wide variety of sauces.

Penne:Another popular shape, penne has around,tube like structure,with diagonal cuts at either end, Ravioli linguine, Rigatoni, Farfelle , Fusilli, is estimated that there are approximately 350 different types of pasta and about four times that many names for them .this is due to the fact that some types may have different names in different languages in Italy for example names vary according to the region or area.

Noodles and pasta differ primarily because of their ingredients and the type of processing involved, kaminska says. Noodles are usually made with flour milled from common wheat. Pasta is processed from durum semolina,which is coarser than a typical flour.however,that difference is not always so cut and dried.
