"Biscuit" commonly called by most people and toush people called cookies is one of the snacks love mostly by children and some adult
Biscuit have high energy content in it because of the main ingredient it is made of flour and some other ingredients which are mixed together to form dough and later cut into various shape
As a baker or non baker you can make biscuits at home with these three ingredients
1. Flour 250g
3. Sugar 80g(depending on your taste)
Now let go into making this simple biscuit/cookie
Mix butter and sugar together till creamy using mixer or turning spoon.
Add your flour in bit into the mixture above then mix together to form a soft but non sticky dough
Take the dough and chill for 30-1hour
Pour on a dry surface roll out and cut into desired shapes as you want .
Preheat your oven then arrange your biscuit on a parchment paper put in an oven tray and bake till golden brown.
