Chicken sauce is a delicious recipe that goes well for kids and adults too. It can be served with rice, pasta, yam, potatoes, plantain or white agidi. Kids can also dip bread in it and can also be perfect or deal.

Ingredients for cooking chicken sauce
• 15-20pcs of boneless chicken cut into cubes
• 1tsp each of spices of your choice such as curry powder, thyme, ginger, garlic & paprika.
• 1seasoning cube
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 1 cooking spoon vegetables oil +1 tsp
• Vegetables like spring onions, bell pepper, carrot, green beans and cabbage.
• 1-2 dry pap powder
• salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mix the chicken with the spice, seasoning cube. Onion and 1tsp of oil. Allow to marinate for about 20-30 minutes.
2. Add remaining oil in pot and once hot, add the chicken to brown for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in the carrots and spring onions, then add about 2-3 cups of water.
4. Add salt and pepper if needed, then cover allow to cook for about 15-20mins
5. Mix pap powder with a little cold water to get liquid paste, then add to the pot with the remaining vegetables.
6. Stir, check for taste and cover it for simmer for about 2-3mins or till the sauce thickens to your liking or leave the water as it thickens as it cool down.
7. Serve with boiled rice or any other main dish.
