PANCAKE CEREAL Recipe!!
Do you remember that viral Dalgona Coffee that we did the other day.. Let's push that one aside. This one is the latest Food trend that you need to try. They are mini pancakes served in a bowl as cereal it's so fluffy, delicious & would definitely replace your usual style of making pancakes. See, if you make this for your kids ehn, they will fall in love cause it's so cute and easy for them to eat at once.
Infact, they are supposed to be way smaller than what I made...I choose to make mine bigger cause I was rushing to work this morning.Trust me, there's no better way to start the day than with a bowl of this Pancake. You can top it up with some delicious stuffs like syrup, honey, nutella, fresh fruits, sprinkles, chocolate chips, ice cream, anything you like.
LIST OF INGREDIENTS
Flour(1 cup 250ml)
Melted butter(2 tablespoons)
Baking powder(1/2 teaspoon)
Get a bowl break the egg in it, add the melted butter, add your milk in the same bowl, mix together thoroughly and then set aside...
In a bigger bowl... Pour the flour in it, add a pinch of salt, add your 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar(you can choose to add more as for me 3 tablespoons is ok)...
Mix together thoroughly, make a well at center of the flour, pour the wet ingredients(mixture of egg, melted butter and milk), and mix together thoroughly...
Mix till you get the right consistecy(not too thick or thin), get a pan(preferably non-stick) put on medium to low heat, grease with a little oil or butter, heat up for few minutes,
Use a piping bag or a tea spoon of 1/2 or anything that can help you scoop, fill the piping bag up and start your mini pancakes but if you are going to use the measurement spoon pour the batter into the little sizes...
Fry on one side for few minutes, stir/flip to fry the other side, take out when it's golden brown and that's all your pancake cereal is ready...
Serve and enjoy with syrup/honey/fruits as for me I use some honey.
Now... who's thinking of trying this??
