A quarter cup of milk (type of milk is based on your choice).

How to prepare:

1. Wash the tomatoes properly, cut into smaller pieces

2. Place in a neat blender, add just 3 table spoon of water and blend well

3. Pour into a cup, add the milk and give it a good stir, and your morning drink is ready.

4. Drink it in morning

This will give you a glowing skin with time, it will make you feel less hungry and energetic for the day's activities..

Please note: as bodies are different, it might make some people frequent the toilet but just for a day or 2 and it will be okay.
