Egusi soup is one of the commonest soup in Nigerian that is generally acceptable. It's very hard to see someone who doesn't enjoy the soup to the fullness. This type of soup is made with Melon seeds and other ingredients to spice it up.
On the other hand, vegetables soup is one of the best soup in Nigerian. The soup is mostly enjoy by vegetable lovers and those who want to cut down their carbohydrates intake and maintain their shape. Vegetables Soup contain lot of vitamins and minerals and can be enjoyed by anybody.
Just moment ago, a Nigerian lady identified as Ifeyinwa Akachukwu took her Facebook account and shared pictures of Vegetable and Egusi soup she prepared that got people talking. Sharing the soup, Ifeyinwa shared the necessary ingredients she used to prepare the soup.
From what Ifeyinwa Akachukwu shared, it's now understandable that for one to make either Egusi or vegetables soup, he or she must add stock fish, Vegetables, pepper, meat, smoked fish and other relevant ingredients.
