The Noodle Spice You Use In Cooking Your Noodles Could Cause This

Once again, it's another one on noodles. I did an article sometime ago which has to do with a topic on noodles, but got replies that they wanted to know more about the noodles spice we use in cooking noodles. They wanted to ascertain the health implications of using noodle spice to cook noodles, hence this article. The aim of this article drives at letting people know what cooking noodles with noodle spice could cause them.There are a lot of things that the noodle spice could cause if the right measures are not taken, and these things are detrimental to your body in general. The human body functions better when you diet more on natural foods. Sometimes, the longevity of your organs depends on what you eat. See a photo of noodle spice below. It can come in different colours.You can't be feeding on processed and refined food always, and expect your body organs to be as strong as the organs of a person who diets on natural foods. There is a huge gap between synthetic and natural foods. Most food experts and nutritionists have advised that eating naturally is way better than processed foods. Most people feed on noodles without mercy. They make it a daily meal, and some are so addicted to it that they make it a meal for breakfast, lunch or even dinner sometimes. Such people eat these noodles without knowing the implications of what they are doing.Noodles seem to be a life saver for most people. Let's look at these few examples why I call it a life saver.

Example 1: When you wake up in the morning and couldn't find anything to feed your stomach with, the next thing that could come to your mind is noodles. You quickly rush to make yourself a plate of noodles, and before you know it, you have eaten everything without a strand of it remaining in your plate.Example 2: When you return from a hard day's work or lecture, noodles seems to be the only hope to save the situation when you find out that there is no other food to eat, especially when it's even late in the night. You quickly cook it and within 10minutes, it's done and then you eat.Example 3: Most Mums have their children take noodles to school, especially when there is no time for her to sit back in the kitchen to cook for long hours. She will quickly pack it up in a lunch box for the child.

Most homes usually have noodles in their kitchen cupboards. Well, I could go on and on to continue to mention how noodles have been a life saver to so many homes and many people, but i think I will stop here for the purpose of this article. The worst part is that, these noodles are prepared with the noodles spice which comes with it which is the main topic of discussion here.Noodles come in different sizes and shapes but they are almost made with the same ingredients during manufacturing, and also, the spice that accompanies these noodles is made of ingredients which are not healthy for your health and this is where the problem lies. Since these noodles are produced to bear a longer shelf life, they are highly processed. They are low on nutritive content; high on fat, calories and sodium and are laced with artificial colours, preservatives, additives and flavourings. Some of the chemicals used in producing these noodles include monosodium glutamate which is abbreviated as MSG, tertiary butyl hydroquinone which is abbreviated as TBHQ, high sodium and others.Now, most noodles come with noodle spices and most people cook their noodles with these noodle spices. Noodle spice is the ingredients which helps to enhance the taste of the noodles. It is also called noodle seasoning. It comes in powdery form, well granulated. They are ignorant of the fact that these noodle spices contain as much chemicals as the noodles itself. It has an atom of TBHQ and MSG earlier mentioned.Most noodles spices are made of Maida. This is a milled, refined and bleached version of wheat flour, made in powdery form to add taste to your noodles when cooked. They come in different colours. This Maida is bad for your health because it is highly processed, although rich in flavour, but, unfortunately, it does not have any nutritional value which it can add to your body. According to Dr. Simran Saini, who happens to be a nutritionist at Fortis Hospital, New Delhi, he said and i quote "Maida noodles spices are loaded with preservatives and are nothing but a source of empty calories ripped of all nutrition. Excessive consumption may lead to obesity".Now let's see what these noodles spice we use in cooking noodles could cause:

1. It is capable of increasing the risk of heart diseases.2. According to Dr Saini, excessive intake of these noodles could cause obesity.

3. Cooking with noodle spice could also cause metabolic ailments like high blood pressure and hypertension.4. Cooking with noodle spice could take a negative toll on the digestive process. Its remnants may reach the appendix area of the body and trigger infection.

5. Most processed foods and noodle spice contain saturated fats which are not good for the human body, so when consumed excessively, it could raise the level of cholesterol in the body. High cholesterol could cause type 2 diabetes and heart problems.Having said all of these, this is not to say that you can't cook and enjoy your noodles, it's far from that. Fast foods and processed items should be consumed occasionally and should never replace actual meals. One should always remember that over indulgence does no one any good.
