How To Prepare ''Pupuru" Powder Which Popularly Known As Cassava.

Many people like this food, it's originated from "Ikale from ondo" state. We can use any type of soup to eat it. It's a nice food.
Preparation Of "Pupuru" In Powder Form:

Uproot the tuber of cassava, after uprooted it you will wash it very well, after washing it, you will soak it into a cold water for like two or three days. After that three days it will be very soft in hands so, after that, you will pack it into a bag, it may be bag of rice then after that you will carry it to the press engine, you will pres it so that you can remove all the water, then after a day, you will now spread it into the sun. After like five hours, you will now pack it again to the engine for grinding after that, you will now fry it on hot pan.
