Nkwobi is a Nigeria delicacy prepare with cow leg .

1) 1kg cow leg
2)1/2 cup of palm oil
3)1 tablespoon of ground ehuru seed
4)1/2 cup of ground cray fish
5)1/4 cup of ugba
6) chopped utazi leaf
8)1/2 tablespoon of potash.
1) season the cow tail properly and cook till it is soft and have a rich stick
2) in a pot make a paste with the ground potash using the oil
3)place on the heat and stir
4)add onions,pepper, seasoning cubes and crayfish
5)pour in the cooked cow leg with little stock
6)cook for about 5min
7)add more stock if it is too dry
8)add the ugba and the ground ehuru seed
9)lower the heat taste for salt
10)allow the flower to blend for about a minute and serve.
