Corn contains a large amount of fiber and protein. Corn comes in a lot of colours such as red, orange, purple, blue, white but here in Nigeria the only colours you'll see is the yellow and white. 

Corn contains 73% of water, 3.4 grams of protein, 21grams of carbohydrates, 4.5 grams of sugar, 2.4 grams of fiber, 3.6 milligrams of Vitamin C and 1.5 grams of fats. 

Corn can be boiled, roasted or even used to eat foods like rice etc.
