Here's how to prepare Editan soup.

This soup along the likes of afang souo, oha soup are almost done the same but slightly different. It's as delicious as it looks. But before we begin to explore I'll be sharing the recipe which is below;

Ingredients;

1.Editan leaves

2. Periwinkle

3. Fish and crayfish

4. Seasoning cubes

5. Water leaves

6. Pepper and stockfish

Cooking procedure;

1.Firstly, wash the water leaves and squeeze out the water from it.

2. Then slice the editan leaves , you can choose to wash with cold water to remove the bitter taste, quite stressful, some people wash with hot water, it all depends on your preference.

3. Finally steam your meat and kpomo, use the stock and boil ur stock fish then next up you add oil, when your stock fish is done(soft) blend together, now then add your water leaves, meat, crayfish, kpomo, periwinkle(every other stuff you have to make it taster nicer).

4. Lastly, add your seasonings, let it get cooked for 15minutes

Add your editan leaves leave for about 1-3minutes.

It's ready!!!!
