Potatoes balls is a very delicious snack,it is nutritious for both adults and children.
It can be eaten with simple tomato sauce or ketchup and even scrambled egg.

4. Get your baking flour, sieve it and leave aside. The egg white is what you will use. Break the eggs then put the egg White in a bowl, whisk it very well.,
5. Greece your palm with little oil, cut a little bit of the potatoes mixture, that is the batter,mold it very well into ball shape, deep inside the egg white and roll,bring it out and deep again inside the baking flour,do it like that till you roll out all the potatoes mixture. Place your fry pan on fire with your vegetable oil,once its hot,then fry. Allow to fry to golden brown or dark brow colour then take it out.
