In as much as food is required for growth, we should ensure that we eat food that contains the six clases of food, which are ; Carbohydrates ,proteins,fats, vitamins , minerals and water.
The photo of this unidentified nigerian man has caught my attention since ever I first saw it.
This man was seen eating Noodles, egg and fried fish by the river side. This meal was not just any regular Noodle but was a complete diet.
