This is the most nutritious juice your body needs Ugu leaves.

Pumpkin leaves have a lot of vitamins. The healthiest are Vitamin A, Vitamin C, calcium, and iron. However, one more benefit, which pumpkin leaves juice has is that while the juice is very tasty, it still has low calories. The amount of vitamins works well for all areas of your body. Diced Pineapple

Coconut milk

Lemon juice(optional)

Honey(optional)

STEP ONE

Get a blender and add your Ugu(pumpkin leafs), pour your diced pineapples, add some lemon juice(note lemon juice is optional in this juice but I think its advisable to add some), add your honey(honey too its also optional)...

STEP TWO

In the same blender, pour your coconut milk and then blend it till its very smooth and then get a sieve and sieve it and then finally get a glass cup and pour your Ugu juice
