Simple Method To Prepare Cucumber And Orange Smoothie At Home

In this article, we will be discussing how to make Cucumber Orange Smoothie.

Ingredients

Cucumbers

Oranges

Lettuce- 100 grams

Chia Seeds- 2 tablespoons

Honey- 1 teaspoon(optional)

Material Needed

Blender

Preparation

1.      Wash the Oranges and peel them. Also wash the cucumbers and cut into smaller sizes. Store the Cucumbers and Oranges into polythene bags and keep in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

2.      Transfer your chilled fruits into the blender and add the other ingredients. Blend until the ingredients become smooth.

3.      Pour your Cucumber Orange Smoothie into small cups and enjoy it immediately.
