Potatoes, curry, thyme, onions, seasoning, pepper, vegetable oil.
Milk and sugar.
Sieve the flour with salt and and baking powder with sugar. Mix the butter shake well in the center. Gradually mix together to a smooth paste. Boil or cook the fish and remove bones and skins, return to fire and add, onions,salt , curry, and cooked fish and enclosed the mashed fish in the middle. Roll out and cut into desired lengths, heat oil and fry to a golden brown, remove and drain out oil. Your fish roll is ready to be served.
