Avocado is a fairly good tasting fruit for me, I won't say it has a sweet taste but it is really not bitter, it is one fruit that doesn't have a sugary taste and it is enjoyed very well when it is completely ripe, when avocado is unripe it can have a bitter taste but that doesn't make the fruit any less nutritious.
Among the nutrients contained in avocado are vitamin K, vitamin C, folate, potassium, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin E, and so on, these vitamins and nutrients on their own have numerous bodily activities and they help different processes. The best way to consume all of these nutrients together is by simply eating avoided, when you finally eat the fruit you give it a chance to visit you with the benefits it offers as a result of the nutrients it contains.
