Food is a very important part of human day-to-day life. The reality of life is that human cannot do without food every day. The food our teenagers eat ate always over looked but, we also need to pay attention into ensuring they eat healthy.

Fruit and vegetables also helpful for teenagers. The consumption of starchy foods should also be encouraged because they contain some certain nutrient that help the person to grow strong into adulthood.
