4. Chilli peppers.

You may be surprise when you see chilli peppers but it lower risk of CVD and fewer deaths. It also reduce the level of cholesterol and 

People who comsume chilli peppers regularly will have a lower heart attack, compared to the people who did.

5. Apples.

Apples helps to to reduce blood pressure that can damage the heart. It also reduces the level of cholesterol and CVD.
