Hi first of all Welcome to Favourlicious Kitchen. Here is my weekend nkpokirikpo. Ogbono and okro soup with spinach. After eating this one, you will just sleep and forget your worries
here are the Ingredients: ogbono, crayfish, beef, ice fish, stockfish, dried fish, cowleg, palm oil.
this Ingredients: okro, spinach, onions, maggi, pepper, salt, seasoning ( crayfish flavour)
now it is time to Boil the cow legs for some minutes and then add your meat, fish, stockfish, onions, maggi and salt and other things then allow to cook.
now Melt the ogbono with palm oil, don't fry it for too long to avoid burning.
so Then add your meat water immediately and allow to cook. If you want to add more water in your ogbono soup or okro soup always add hot water. That is my secret.
so, Then add your other ingredients
now it is time to add Your okoro, Lastly add the okro and spinach or ugu leaf and allow to cook till your taste
i love mine like this. You can cook yours the way you want it very simple
here My delicious rich ogbono okro soup is ready. This is Heaven on earth
so you can eat it with any swallow of your choice. Me I enjoyed mine with fresh unripe plantain fufu and I will be posting the recipe for that soon
