How to burn belly fat permanently in less than 10 days

This new year, if you one of your goals is to actually lose belly fat, then here are tips to help you achieve that goal!


Belly fat happens to one of the most difficult fats to lose, especially overnight and apart from the fact that it doesn’t look good. It isn’t healthy at all. It poses a risk to hypertension, obesity, and diabetes.

There are so many causes of belly fat and they include (but are not limited to):

Drinking sodas (soft drinks) very often, stress, over eating or it may just be genetic.

Here are some tips on how to get rid of stomach fat.

1. You shouldn’t skip breakfast

Regular and healthy meals are essential for every healthy and slim body. There are certain foods that can increase fat burning.

Starting your day with a healthy breakfast made of some whole grains, yogurt, oatmeal or fruit will help to boost your metabolism and you will burn calories. Skipping meals actually leads to storing fat in your body.

2. Limit the intake of processed food

Some foods, especially industrially processed food, contains a large number of calories.

Processed foods like snacks, sweets and similar foods contain trans fats which make you get fat. Food products that have a lot of fat, sugar or corn syrup are the most caloric ones. Common examples include: fat meat, meat products, fat cheese, mayonnaise, bakery products, ketchup, all kinds of snacks (sweet, salted), cookies, ice-creams.

3. Drink lots of water

Especially if you want to get rid of your love handles drink at least 10 glasses of water per day. That way you will always stay hydrated and drinking two glasses of water before every meal can help you lose up to 300 calories per day.

Also, you can incorporate drinking of green tea which is an appetite suppressant.

Avoid sodas and alcohol because drinking alcohol on a regular basis may cause blood sugar imbalance and fat layers on your belly.

If you find it difficult to avoid alcohol choose red wine instead of liqueurs.

4. Get enough Sleep

This is one of the most common but underrated reasons why you can’t lose belly fat. 8 hours of sleep is a the standard!

Try to sleep well so that you don’t have to compensate a lack of energy with food.

Irregular sleep is the reason for cortisol secretion which causes more fat layers on your waist and on your face.

5. Exercise

It doesn’t have to be any vigorous activity but just do any form of exercise or any physical activity at least 3 times per week. However, it is very important to do the right exercises.You can reduce your waist size only with high-intensity interval training, which means burning more calories in less time.

Combine cardio training with weightlifting and plank. This will help to increase your muscles and make your body burn more calories.

6. Get rid of stress

Most people under stress tend to eat uncontrollably. When you have emotional problems, for example, you seek comfort in sweets because sugar acts like a drug to your brain. No matter what is the cause of your stress you should be less stressed as possible. Stress causes increased cortisol secretion which leads to fat belly layers.

7. Diets

Try to be cautious of what you actually and ingest and make appropriate changes to your nutrition. There are many different diets for vegetarians and meat eaters, also which can help in your weight loss journey.

Adhering all these tips would have you seeing changes in 10 days or less and you’ll be on your way to having the perfect summer body.
