No Oven, No Egg, No Microwave: How To Make Cake With Pot

Many people will be very happy to be able to make cake with pot at home but sometimes, not having the right equipment and ingredients can hinder you from making your delicious cake at home. So keep calm as I share with you, the best way of making a cake without an oven, egg, and microwave.

In this article, I will be sharing with you, a different and economical way of baking your cake at home without spending too much money. You don't need too much to prepare this cake and I promise that you will love the result.

Ingredients:

1& ½ Cup of All-Purpose Flour

1&½ TSP of Baking Powder

1 Cup of Sugar

½ TSP of Baking Soda

A Pinch Of Salt

½ Cup of Butter or Vegetable Oil

A Cup of Milk

¼ Cup of Yogurt

1 TSP Of Tutti Frutti

1 TSP Raisins

1 TSP of Vanilla Essence.

Preparation:

Bring a big pot place it on your stove or gas cooker. Pour in some quantity of salt spread the salt in every corner of the pot, place a stand or rack inside the pot, cover it, and allow it to heat on medium flame.

Now, bring your baking pan and grease it with veg oil. Use a brush to grease it, after greasing it, keep it aside.

Bring a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of vegetable oil, add 1 cup of sugar, use a whisk to whisk it well.

Pour in your flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla essence, and milk.

Whisk it. Mix it well and very gentle.

Transfer it into the cake pan, make sure that the cake pan is greased before pouring in the cake.

After pouring in the cake, gently tap the cake pan, this style will allow the cake to settle well inside the pot. Add the Tutti-Frutti and the Raisins. Gently place the pan on the rack, cover it and allow it to bake for 40-45 minutes.

Make sure you check every 10 minutes. Stick a toothpick inside the cake, if there is no water on the toothpick, it means that the cake is ready.

Switch off the cooker and allow the cake to cool down for 10-15 minutes. After that, use a knife to scrape around the cake. This method will prevent the cake from sticking to the pot when bringing it out of the pot.
