How To Prepare Red Kidney Beans

Manny people will be awed and amazed with the name of this delicacy Red Kidney Beans.

Well don't be surprised that as science and technology are becoming more closer to us, likewise other facet of life.

Food is getting more discovered and yummy to our taste. Why can't we try eating variety of meals that are proteinous,rich in fibre and phosphorus.


We proceed with the ingredients:

Canola Oil

Whole cloves

Black peppercorns

Cinnamon stick

Bay leaf

Whole cardamom pod

Chopped onion

Chopped Roma tomatoes

Minced garlic

Fresh and minced ginger root

Powdered red pepper

Drained kidney beans

Salt

Water

After we're done gathering our ingredients,we now go into the main preparation.

1.Heat oil in a large saucpan over a medium heat. Stir the whole black peppercorn, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf in the cloves. Then,cover the pan as the pepper will tend to splutter right out of the pan and may cause burns. Heat it for a minute.

2.Add the chopped onion and saute until becomes soft and translucent. Mix it with tomatoes and saute again until it's almost dry.

3.Adjust your cooking temperature to normal.Add the garlic and ginger and saute for 3 minutes. Mix in the chili powder,red kidney beans and salt.

Mix well and add water until the gravy has reached the degree you like.

To get a smoother gravy,cool and blend the sauteed mixture before adding the red kidney bean.

Serve.
