Make a delicious chocolate ganache with these 2 ingredients any time

Follow these easy steps to make perfect chocolate ganache anytime any day. They are perfect on cakes and other desserts. You only need a few ingredients and some very good patience to accomplish this.

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate ( semi-sweet)

Heavy whipping cream


PROCEDURE

* Chop the chocolate

* Add to a heatproof bowl

* Pour the heavily whipping cream into a bowl and put in the microwave separately heat to about 45-1 minute


* pour the warm heavily whipping cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 2-3 minutes, after 3 minutes whisk slowly and continue whisking in one direction until mixture is smooth and we'll combined.




* Allow to cool for about 10-15 minutes before using on a dessert.


NOTE

If you want to use more of the frosting allow to cool completely first

Always keep an eye on the whipping cream when heating.
