These foods can prolong your lifespan if you know how to eat them and when to eat them.

Have you ever wondered why people of old times lived very long? The reason is that they pay special attention to God's specification on what to eat. It is God's desire that we eat living food.

Living foods are foods that have not been cooked. Such as fruits and vegetables. It is God's desire that we eat these kinds of food. Here is what he had to say in Genesis1:29, "Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth and every tree in which is the fruit of a tree yeilding seed to you it shall be for meat".

Knowing what to eat is one thing and eating it right is another thing.

Here are the foods you should eat:

1) Fruit and Vegetables as living food:

If you have been eating your fruit before meals then you are wrong. Fruit should be eaten in the morning hours at least before 10am if you want to get all the benefits from them. This is because the body undergoes detoxification process and should not be loaded with cooked food. Your first cooked meal should be after 10 O'clock in the morning.

2) Clean Water:

Water should be taken upon waking up in the morning to aid detoxification process and also an hour before meals in order not to dilute the enzymes that aid digestion.

3) Sea salt:

Sea salt is good because it contains naturally occurring minerals which promotes healthy life.

Above all avoid eating late meals. You should have an average of two meals a day. This reduces the burden of work on the body during digestion.
