Don't waste your LEFTOVER RICE.. turn it into an EGG FRIED RICE
So like I promised, here is our WEEKEND RECIPE... Do you know that instead of wasting your plain white Rice or leaving it in the Freezer forever, you can transform it into a delicious pot of EGG FRIED RICE with just N680.. You don't believe? I'll break it down for you.
I salt pack(50) (use small o)
1 knorr cube (20)
Thyme & curry satchet(100)
Greens & carrot(200)
Red pepper (50)
Suya pepper(Beg Aboki for small)
Sausage (if you want)
If you want with sausage(850)
Grand Total (1470)

LIST OF INGREDIENTS
Sliced green peppers
Diced green peas
Suya pepper(optional) called yaji locally
Seasoning and salt
Curry and thyme
Get a pan, pour some vegetable oil, add some of your sliced onions, add your minced garlic(if you want), add your sausage if you have any...
Add some red pepper, add your sliced green peppers and diced peas, add your diced carrot, add some curry...
Add your thyme, add your suya pepper(yaji locally called in Hausa), add some seasoning and some salt and leave to simmer for few seconds...
Pour the cooked rice, stir together to combine with veggies, shift to a side of the pan, and add a little oil...
Remember to whisk your egg and then pour the whisked egg, scramble it, stir to combine the egg with rice(optional add a little cooking butter for shine) and let it simmer for seconds...
STEP 6 AND FINAL STEP SERVE AND ENJOY
