When you see your friends or your mates become successful, instead of being jealous, you should appreciate and celebrate with them, and wait for your own time to come.
Reno Omokri made a tweet on this earlier. According to him, rice cooks before beans, so you shouldn't be jealous of your mates when they succeed before you.
Reno Omokri is trying to say that you should be happy when you see other people succeed, it doesn't matter if they succeed before you. And you shouldn't be jealous of your mates because you will be successful when your time comes.
In his words;
“If you boil rice and beans in the same pot, they'll get cooked at different times. Never at the same time. So, when you see your mates succeeding before you, don't be jealous. Your time will come. Keep coiling! Rice cooks before beans, but beans is more nutritious!”.
