In recent times, many of us are want to have our own homemade stuff but don't really know what the ingredients or stuff to use and how to go about them. Here I am teaching you how to go about it for your own benefits.

    How To Make Turmeric Tea 

1.Boil 1 1/2 cup of water 

2.Add 1/4tsp of grated ginger 

3.Add 1/4tsp turmeric powder 

4.stir mixture and boil for a minute 

5.Turn off flame and strain 

6.Add honey taste 

Note:Drink it 1 time in a day

TULSI TEA 


      How To Make Tulsi Tea 

1.Boil 1 cup of water 

2.Break and add 10-12 basil leaves (Tulsi)

3.Cover it and let it simmer for 8-10 min 

4.Turn of the flame and strain the water 

5.Add 1teaspoon of honey 


BENEFITS 

It helps in weight loss 

It increases your metabolism,which help in accelerating fat burning process


GINGER TEA 

   

    How To Make Ginger Tea

1.Boil 1 glass of water in a pan 

2.Add 1/2 ginger slice 

3.Boil for 10 mins on low flame 

4.Cover it turn off flame and cover it for 5min 

6.Strain the water 

7.Add honey and mix well 

8.Add lemon slices

It helps in weight loss
