1. Fresh fruits- variety of fresh fruits such as oranges, apples, cherries and many more should be consumed. Never make the mistake of replacing fresh fruits with fruit juice.
2.Fish, eggs, chicken- These sources of protein have proven to be more safe to consume than wild meats. However, they should be properly cooked before consumption.
3. Vegetables: All forms of vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, spinach and leafy vegetables should be consumed. Vegetables have proven to be strong sources of vitamins that boost the immune system.
4. Soybeans: these should be consumed more, other types of beans can also be added to the diet.
5. Yoghurts: Yoghurts should be preferred forms of refreshments. Alcohol and carbonated drinks intake should be reduced to the barest minimum as they've been proven to be killers of the immune system.
Other health habits to be avoided include sugar consumption, salt consumption and fatty foods.
Ensure you exercise yourself regularly, eat healthy foods, wash your hands regularly, use face masks and avoid touching your face.
