Easy step on how to prepare "Moi-Moi"

Moi Moi is a delicious and tasty food that is made of beans and this food can be use to eat rice or sip with Garri, so in this post I will be showing you guys on how to prepare Moi Moi.

Ingredients

Beans/Black Eyed Peas.

Boiled eggs (optional)

Palm oil/vegetable oil

Cooked fish/sardines

Garlic/ginger and 60g shrimp (optional)

Leaves/ sandwich bags / aluminum cups.

Fresh tomatoes

Peppers

Maggi

Salt


Steps to prepare Moi Moi

Soak the beans / black-eyed peas for no more than 30-45 minutes, wash and peel the brown bean saddle by rubbing the beans with the palms of your hands until they turn white, then wash thoroughly. Be sure to remove any brown peels

Wash the beans until everything is clean white, add onion, red chilli pepper, tomato, chopped little garlic and something

Ginger (very little), mix everything together.

Boil eggs, shrimp and fish

Add 2 tablespoons of palm oil or vegetable oil and season like maggi/salt, then stir, taste if the seasoning is akay.

Cut the egg and mince the fish. Be sure to remove the bones.

Rinse out the leaves/ sandwich bag/ aluminum cups, fold the bottom back in a cone brake to prevent leakage, pour in the ground beans, add some shrimp and freshly cut eggs, and wrap the leaves.

Add water to a pan and place all wraps in the cover to simmer and simmer for 30 minutes.

Open a wrap to see if It is ready.

Note: Use sandwich bags or aluminum cups instead of sheets.

You can make aluminum cups by cutting open cans of condensed milk or condensed milk. Use palm oil in place of vegetable oil with red peppers large enough to add richness and redness to mole mole, which makes it more appetizing.
