Water melon is considered as one of the most common fruit around us because it is grown across the world. It is cheap and easy to afford. Water melon consists of magnesium, potassium, vitamin A and C as well as some other important nutrients.
Just as you know, water melon is very edible and it always contains a green shell which we normally throw away in the waste bin.
I do that as well before until I realised just how much important consuming the watermelon rind (shell) is.
The shell improves your erectile dysfunction as a man. It improves your libido as a man and helps you to stay long in bed.
You may wonder how the rind could be that much powerful, well here is the answer. The rind (shell) consists of citrulline.
Citrulline is a naturally occurring amino acid that is found in plants like watermelon. An amino acid that helps to boost your sexual desire and correct erectile dysfunction.
Next time when you eat a watermelon, I am very sure you won't throw the shell out.
