Soy milk is also known as soya milk in Nigeria. it’s extremely versatile and easy to make at home. These Soya milk is very healthy to the body, repair the body system make the body to be strong.All you need is clean soybeans and you are well on your way.
2 cups clean soy beans
Sugar – to taste
In a large bowl, cover the soy beans with water. leave to soak for 10-12 hours
Remove the water and rinse out the beans
Pour the washed beans into a blender, add in cups of water. Blend until smooth
Sieve the mixture through a cheesecloth or local sieve , discard the chaff. Remove any excess foam
Set a large pot over medium heat, add the sieved mixture
Stir continuously until the milk starts to boil. boil for 10-15 minutes
Removed from heat and set aside to cool
Add sugar to taste . Serve cold.
