Hardly will you try out some of their soups and you won't be eager to try it out again. Igbo soup are not just delicious, but healthy. And it can go well with any swallow. Ofe Akwu is a popular Igbo dish. Though there is a version of it called Banga soup that is popular in the South South of Nigeria. Ofe akwu is made with palm fruit. And it goes well with parboiled rice.
Ofe Nsala is also called white soup by some individuals.
Bitter leaf soup is one of the most loved soup among the Igbo people. The soup is not difficult to prepare.though you need to have experience in it for it to taste great.
