Foods You Must Avoid Once You Clock 30

Health they say is wealth, and one way to properly secure your health is by ensuring that whatever gets into your body is healthy and will supply the necessary nutrients for you to live a healthy and active life.

The older we get the more our food options broadens, every day you are introduced to new types of dishes and delicacies but that doesn’t not mean you should eat them all. Once you get to 30, it becomes important for you to restrict yourself from eating some certain foods.

Here are some foods you should never consume once you are 30 years old:

1. White bread

White bread contains a lot of refined carbohydrate that is not good for the body at all. This refined carbohydrate is converted to sugar and glucose. The glucose damages collagen thereby increasing the risk of wrinkle formation at age 30.

2. Cola drinks

Cola based soft drinks contain dyes that are cancer causing, these dyes might start working on the body creating the risk of having cancer. Not only that, the sugar in these cola drinks have a negative impact on the ability to conceive for both men and women.

3. Coffee creamer

Coffee creamer is one thing not just people at 30 should avoid but everyone should avoid using it. Coffee creamer contains Titanium dioxide which is the same compound found in sunblock. A research carried out by scientists found out that mice who consumed coffee creamer eventually developed liver and tissue damages. Coffee creamers also contain trans-fat which causes the memory of adults under 45 to diminish. It also can aggravate pains and inflammation.

4. Flavored dairy products

Flavored milk, ice cream and yoghurts are things you need to cut out once you turn 30. The sugar present in these flavored dairy products helps in quickening wrinkling and sagging of the face.

5. Beer

As a 30-year-old, consuming beer during the night can be risky for you as it causes sleeplessness and restlessness during the night. Lack of sleep during the night can lead to increased cravings for sugar thus leading to more weight loss.

6. Margarine

Margarine is one of the most common spreads used in eating bread. While margarines may seem like a better alternative to butter, they are not very healthy. Margarine contains trans-fat which has been linked to various heart diseases. Trans fat also increases the skins rate of forming wrinkled thereby making you look older than your age and also making your skin vulnerable to ultraviolet radiation.

The journey to living a long and health life starts from what you put into your body system. It might be difficult but you must try your possible best to stay away from these unhealthy foods with processed sugars and trans fat which will only just do a lot of harm to your health. Instead of trying eating unhealthy switch over to healthy substitutes like fruits and vegetables.
