How To Prepare Smoked Salmon Avocado Sandwiches

A smoked salmon avocado sandwich is a low-stress, healthy, all-purpose meal that can be served at brunch, parties, and picnics.


- 1/2 cup whole-egg mayonnaise

- 1 finely chopped shallot (You can get this at supermarkets)

- 8 oz of cream cheese

- 1 tablespoon of chopped dill

- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

- 1/2 loaf of bread or Bagels

- 1 avocado, sliced

- 20g of mixed salad leaves (Lettuce, Cabbage)

- 200g of Smoked Salmon

- 1 big cucumber, peeled into ribbons

Additional Toppings

8 oz of sliced strawberries

A small container of fresh chives 

1 small thinly sliced red onion 

2-4 hard-boiled eggs 


- Toast your bread or bagel.

- Combine the mayonnaise, salad leaves, shallot, capers, dill, and lemon juice in a small bowl.

- Spread bagel or bread with the mixture from above.

- Add a layer of cream cheese, avocado, and smoked salmon.

- Top the bagel half or bread slice with any of your favorite toppings from above.
