Stomach ulcer is a type of disease that is usually caused by bacteria and these bacteria stops the stomach to fight against the acids produced in the body, therefore, those unwanted acids, gather together to form an ulcer.
Before I start showing you foods you shouldn't eat while you have ulcer, let's talk about the symptoms of stomach ulcer. See them below;

2. Not wanting to eat because of pain.
4. Feeling easily full.
5. Burning sensation or pain in the chest.
6. Hard pain in the stomach.
8. Slow breathing.
Now that you've known some of the symptoms of stomach ulcer, let's go back to the reason for this article, which is, foods to avoid when you have stomach ulcer. See them below;
Most women or ladies are more fond of this snack or flavor called chocolate flavor, actually chocolate is extremely bad for ulcer patients.
2. Spicy food with too much pepper.
This one is capable of killing stomach ulcer patients sometimes immediately after eating the spicy foods.
Coffee is a great and healthy beverage which people love to take in order not to feel dizzy. Its good for normal Humans but not stomach ulcer patients.
Everybody surely knows that taking excessive alcohol into your body system is very risky and dangerous to the body of a normal person, talk more of stomach ulcer patients.
5. Foods with high fats and oil.
These are foods that are usually deep fried or roasted, example, pizza, pork meat, hamburgers, chips etc. Avoid them.
6. Salty foods.
If you notice that you have stomach ulcer or your stomach pains you a lot. Then avoid foods with high salt quantity.
7. Soft drinks.
These days, most people can't even eat a simple meal without drinking soft minerals, or drinks. This is totally wrong and you must not take in these drinks everyday, make it once a week to reduce the possibility of dying from stomach ulcer.
8. Sugary foods.
Stomach ulcer patients have to avoid sugary foods like a plague. Why because, research has shown that sugar is one of the highest killer of men.
