Check Out These Simple Steps To Prepare Potato Porridge

All over the world today,potatoes are known to be highly nutritious,especially the sweet potatoes because they can help in healthy growth.

We all might have tasted foods like Yam Porridge,but most of us haven't eaten potato porridge or even know what it tastes like,so in this article I'll be teaching you some easy steps to follow if you want to prepare this mean at the comfort of your home.


Ingredients


• Potatoes

• Roasted fish

Crayfish

• Palm oil

• Seasoning cubes (Maggi,Knorr,etc)

• Salt to taste

• Onions

• Grinded pepper


First Step

Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into reasonable sizes (not too small not too big),then get a chopping board and chop your onions and set it aside.


Second Step

Get a pot,wash the potatoes again and put them into the pot,after you have done that add amount of water (it should be at the level of the potatoes,not above them),then turn up the heat and allow it to boil for about 18 minutes.


Third Step

Remove the bones from the fish and sift the Crayfish to get rid of any dirt present in it and set them aside,then add your palm oil,seasoning cubes,salt,onions and pepper into the pot and allow it to boil for about 3 minutes,after that you can add your fish and crayfish then stir and allow it to cook for about 10 minutes and your potato porridge is ready to be served.
