IsiEwu means head of goat and it is an Africa delicacy .
1)1 goat head
2) 1/2 teaspoon of ground potash
3)1/3 teaspoon of ehuru seed
3) salt to taste
4) 1 cup of palm oil
5) dried pepper
6) 1 leaf of utazi
1) cut the goat head into pieces
2) season properly and cook till the meat is soft and you are left with a very little but rich stock
3)set it aside
4)pour the palm oil into a pot and place over heat
5) add the onions ,potash ,pepper and seasoning cube
6)stir fry for about a minute and then pour in the season goat head with stock
7)add the ehuru seed and the chopped utazi leaf
8) taste for salt and serve .
