Stopping Using This Oil At Home, It’s More Dangerous Than a Sugar

Soybean oil is one of the widely used edible cooking oils in the United States. However, there is a dark truth behind this popular oil. Along with other soy products, soybean oil I considered as one of the most harmful ingredients in processed foods. Therefore, soy products can do more harm than good. In fact, it can be incredibly toxic.

Soybeans undergo a number of processing to become edible. Consuming soy in excessive amounts can cause the body to produce steroid hormones, can increase the risk of developing Alzheimer`s disease and can lead to early puberty in girls and delayed physical maturation in boys.

In addition, there are a number of GMO soybeans on the market around the word which makes it impossible to avoid.

Ironically, soy milk is recommended for infants instead of mother`s breast milk, which is completely unreasonable. The soy producers will certainly never admit what`s really being served to us.
